RDS Construction was contracted by Cunningham-Limp to assist in transforming the historic Art Deco Albert Khan building into 200 new apartments in Detroit's New Center.  RDS and its team of subcontractors completed the finish carpentry throughout the apartment building, showcasing the rooftop deck.
